House rules

  1. Up to 2 dogs, only if they're on the booking. Undeclared pets: C$400 extra cleaning charge.
  2. No smoking indoors or in the garage. Evidence of smoking: C$400 extra cleaning charge.
  3. No parties or events unless your hosts approve them in advance. No unregistered visitors; every guest is named on the booking.
  4. No air mattresses.
  5. The basement, workshop, loft and third garage bay are private and off limits.

Exclusive use of the whole house for up to 16 guests. Check-in 3:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., check-out before 12:00 p.m.. The guest making the booking must be 19 or older.

  1. You pay the full amount now. The stay is booked when the payment succeeds.
  2. The total is the nightly rate for your dates, 10% off when you stay 7 nights or more, the C$250 cleaning fee, any pet fee, 13% HST, and a C$1,000 refundable damage deposit.
  3. The damage deposit has no HST and is refunded after checkout once the house has been checked.
  4. The guest making the booking must be 19 or older, and every guest staying must be named on the booking.
  5. Cancellation: full refund if you cancel 30 days or more before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Rates and policies

Nightly rate
Base rate C$1,305 Sunday to Thursday, C$1,475 Friday and Saturday. October 2026 matches the base rate. November 2026 is C$1,200 Sunday to Thursday. April and May 2027 are C$1,528 Sunday to Thursday, except 23 and 24 May 2027 at C$1,729. June to October 2027 are C$1,614 Sunday to Thursday, except 1 July and 4 July 2027 at C$1,787. Friday and Saturday stay C$1,475, except those named dates. Other dates use the base rate. Stays of 7 nights or more get 10% off the nightly total.
Cleaning fee
C$250 per stay.
Minimum stay
2 nights. Maximum stay: 15 nights. Book at least 2 days ahead, and up to 2 years ahead.
Taxes
13% HST on the stay, the cleaning fee and the pet fee. No HST on the damage deposit.
Check-in
3:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.. Self check-in with keypad.

Before 12:00 p.m.

Sleeps up to 16. 6 bedrooms, 9 beds, 4 baths.
Pets
C$50 per dog per night, up to 2 dogs. Undeclared pets: C$400 extra cleaning charge.
Cancellation
Full refund if you cancel 30 days or more before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in. Airbnb and Vrbo bookings follow the policy shown on those sites.
Damage deposit
C$1,000 refundable damage deposit, refunded after checkout once the house has been checked (no HST on the deposit).
